Ingredients
- 5 ingredien mea mix well
- 4 meatballs
- 1 potato (peeled)
- 1 carrot (sliced)
- 1 paprika
- 325 gr salt and pepper
- 120 ml milk
- 110 gr beef (ground)
- 36 gr soft bread crumbs
- 30 ml milk
- 14 gr butter
- 8 gr flour
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr salt
In saucepan melt butter. Stir in flour, the 0.125 tsp. salt and the dash pepper. Add half cup milk, cook and stir til thickened and bubbly. Pour over vegies; top with meatballs. Bake, covered, at 180ÂșC or 30 minutes. Uncover, bake 10 minutes longer. Sprinkle with paprika.
