Ingredients
- 1 mashed potatoes
- 450 gr beef (lean ground)
- 160 ml milk
- 36 gr dry bread crumbs
- 16 gr flour
- 7 gr paprika
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
Mix together ground beef, flour, salt and pepper and bread crumbs. Line ungreased muffin tins with ground beef mixture about 1 cm thick. Fill meat nests with 2 tablespoons mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 180ºC or 25 to 30 minutes.
