Ingredients
- 1 carrot
- 1/4 c low fat yogurt
- 1/2 c cabbage (shredded red)
- 1/2 c green cabbage (shredded)
- 1/4 ts cumin (ground)
- 1/8 ts salt
- 1 pn pepper (fresh ground)
Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Serve at once or refrigerate and serve cold. 49 calories per serving.
