- 1 leaf romaine lettuce torn (into pieces)
- 1 lemon dill dressing
- 3/8 tabouli
- 1/4 hummus
- 1/4 alfalfa sprouts
- 1/4 from pita pocket
- 2 tablespoons feta cheese crumbled
- 1 tablespoon greek olives (chopped)
- 1/4 tablespoon tomato (chopped)
* Broiled pieces of pita bread are excellent for dipping extra hummus.
