- 1/2 meat sauce on top repea pour eggs on top

- 1 c water
- 1 c onion (chopped)
- 1/2 c tomato paste
- 1/2 c bread crumbs
- 2 tb parsley (minced)
- 1/2 slices eggplant in the dish
- some olive oil
- some bread crumbs
