- 7 skilleremove vegetables from the skillemelt remaining butter
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 omeleslip spatula underneath
- 1/4 lb velveeta mexican
- 1/2 cup process cheese spread
- 1/4 cup vegetables on
- 1/4 c bell pepper (chopped red)
- 2 tb milk
- 2 tb margarine
- 2 tb green onion
- 1 tbsp margarine
should be 10 minutes.Makes 2 servings.
