Ingredients
- 1 papaya
- 1 chili (red)
- 1/2 c bell pepper (chopped red)
- 1/2 c onion (chopped red)
- 2 tb lime juice
- 1/4 c mint leaves (chopped fresh)
Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate about 30 minutes or until chilled.
