Ingredients
- 3 garlic (cloves)
- 2 shallots (minced)
- 1/2 c wine (white)
- 1 ts black pepper
- 1 ts parsley flakes
- 1/8 ts nutmeg
- 1/2 ts basil
- 2 packages low-sod
- 1 package tomato paste
Put all of the ingredients in a saucepan and simmer 15-20 minutes. Add the red pepper last to taste. Serve over pasta.
