• 6 cup ring mold with peanut brittle
• 2 c cream (heavy)
• 1 c milk
• 1 c strong coffee
• 1 c sugar
• 1 c coarsely broken peanut
• 2 tb gelatin (unflavored)
• 1/2 ts salt
