Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c pecans
- 1 c dates
- 3/4 c flour
- 1 ts baking powder
- 1 ts vanilla
- 1/4 ts salt
Preheat oven to 300. Combine dry ingredients and toss with dates. Stir in rest of ingredients and turn into greased 9 x 9 baking pan. Bake 1 hour. When completely cool, dust with confectioners' sugar. ----
