Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cake mix (yellow)
- 1 instant coconut (toasted)
- 1 c water
- 1/2 c oil
- 1/4 c poppy seeds
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Pour into a greased bundt pan. Bake 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.JM ----
