Ingredients
- 1 eggs
- 2 c pumpkin (canned)
- 2 c carnation milk (canned)
- 1 c brown sugar
- 3/4 ts ginger
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1/2 ts cinnamon
- 1/2 ts allspice
Blend 2 eggs with sugar. Add spices, pumpkin; blend well and add milk. Bake at 425 degrees 40 to 55 minutes, or til done. Makes 1 very large, deep 10" pie or 2-8" ones. Comments: This is a very old family recipe. Dolores McCann This is our old family recipe ----
