Ingredients
- 1 eggs
- 500 gr pumpkin (canned)
- 475 ml carnation milk (canned)
- 220 gr brown sugar
- 4 gr ginger
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr allspice
Blend 2 eggs with sugar. Add spices, pumpkin; blend well and add milk. Bake at 425 degrees 40 to 55 minutes, or til done. Makes 1 very large, deep 25 cm pie or 2-8 inch ones. Comments: This is a very old family recipe. Dolores McCann This is our old family recipe ----
