Ingredients
- 1/2 cilantro (minced fresh)
- 2 c ripe tomatoes (minced fresh)
- 2 c onion (chopped red)
- 1 c parsley (minced)
- 1/2 ts salt
Black pepper to taste Combine all ingredients and mix well. For a finer consistency, give the mixture a brief whirl or two in a food processor or blender.
