Ingredients
- 3 onions
- 1 rabbit
- 1 bell pepper
- 3 quarts water (hot)
- 1/2 c cooking oil
- 5/8 c shallots
- 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 c celery
- 3/8 c parsley
- some tabasco to make a roux in a black iron pot with oil
Simmer slowly until edges of oysters begin to curl. Serve over rice with file' and french bread.
