Ingredients
- 3 onions
- 1 rabbit
- 1 bell pepper
- 2,800 ml water (hot)
- 120 ml cooking oil
- 90 gr shallots
- 65 gr flour
- 50 gr celery
- 9 gr parsley
- some tabasco to make a roux in a black iron pot with oil
Simmer slowly until edges of oysters begin to curl. Serve over rice with file' and french bread.
