Ingredients
- 1 cucumber (peeled)
- 2 5/8 c yogurt (plain)
- 1 ts salt
- 2 tb mint (finely chopped fresh)
- 1/4 ts cayenne pepper
- 1/4 ts black pepper
- 1/2 ts cumin seeds (roasted)
Put the yogurt in a bowl. Beat lightly with a fork or whisk until smooth and creamy. Add all the other ingredients and mix. Cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
