Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 800 ml spaghetti sauce
- 450 gr beef (ground)
- 220 gr ricotta cheese
- 110 gr mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 40 gr parmesan cheese
- 7 gr parsley (chopped)
- 2 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
Prepare ziti according to package. Brown beef. Remove from heat and stir in ricotta cheese and next five ingredients. Add half of sauce and mix well. Add ziti and toss to cover. Put in 9 x 33 cm pan. Spread balance of spaghetti sauce on top of mixture, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 180ÂșC or 20 minutes.
