Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 120 ml vegetable oil
- 85 gr raisins
- 60 ml lime juice
- 4 gr sugar
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper (freshly ground)
Place all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth, about 45 seconds. Serve with raw vegetables, assorted crackers or fried tortillas. Makes 1.6666666666667 cups of dip.
