Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pastry shell
- 1/4 tabasco
- 450 gr baby vidalia onions
- 240 ml sour cream
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper (white)
x Grated Parmesan cheese Saute onions in butter. Combine eggs and sour cream. Add to onion mixture. Season mixture and pour in pastry shell. Top with cheese. Bake at 230ºC for 20 minutes, then at 160ºC for 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
