Ingredients
- 6 eggs (hard cooked)
- 45 ml mayonnaise
- 28 gr cheddar (grated)
- 10 ml vinegar
- 1 gr salt
- 2 slices crisp bacon (sliced)
Mash egg yolks and stir with bacon, cheese, mayonnaise, vinegar and salt. Fill egg white halves. Top with crumbled bacon.
