Ingredients
- 3 tbs sugar
- 3 smooth balls (pieces into)
- 1 egg (white)
- 1 water
- 1 tbs salt
- 1 water over low heat to a simmer
- 1 hole in
- 575 gr all purpose flour
- 350 ml water
- 190 gr flour
- 65 gr flour
- 50 gr sugar
- 28 gr margarine
- 8 gr salt
- 2 packages yeast (active)
cook for 1 minute more. Drain on towels. Repeat shaping and cooking rest of dough. Place on greased baking sheet. Mix egg white and 1 Tbs water; brush on bagels. Sprinkle with coarse salt, sesame, caraway or poppy seed if desired. Bake at 190ÂșC for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from sheets. Cool.
