Ingredients
- 3 nilla wafers
- 150 gr powdered sugar
- 140 gr pecans
- 120 ml baileys irish cream
- 65 gr corn syrup (light)
- 3 gr unsweetened cocoa
Recipe by: Rose Ray DSJN00A Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon until well blended. Allow to stand 5 minutes. Shape mixture into 3 cm balls. Roll balls in powdered sugar. Allow to dry on wire rack 1 hour. Roll in powdered sugar again if desired. Store in airtight container between layers of wax paper. ----
