Ingredients
- 2 herb stuffing mix
- 1 tart apple pared
- 900 gr beef (ground)
- 475 ml sour cream
- 120 ml water
- 80 ml milk
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
Brown ground beef in heavy skillet. Add salt and pepper. Mix beef with sour cream and milk. Cook herb stuffing mix and apple in quarter cup of meat drippings or butter for 5 minutes. Add water. Spread half of beef mixture in 2 litre baking dish. Top with stuffing mix. Press down gently. Spoon rest of meat on top. Bake at 300=B0 for 30 minutes.=20
