Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 180 ml milk
- 130 gr all purpose flour
- 120 gr cornmeal (yellow)
- 60 gr onion (chopped)
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 14 gr baking powder
- 4 gr sugar
- 3 gr salt
- 3 gr pepper
Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well in the center and set aside. Combine the remaining ingredients. Add to dry mixture. Stir until moistened. Coat miniaturemuffin pans with cooking spray. Spoon 1 tablespoon batter into each cup. Bake at 220ÂșC for 15 minutes. Remove from pans and serve immediately.
