Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 quick bread mix
- 200 gr sugar
- 150 gr banana
- 230 ml cream cheese
- 65 gr pecans
Cream the cheese until light and fluffy; gradually add sugar, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each additon. Add banana; mix well. Stir in Quick Bread Mix and pecans. Spoon batter into a greased 9 by 5 x 8 cm loafpan. Bake at 180ÂșC . for 55 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan. ----
