Blend milk and flour. Add butter [melted]. Mix together. Heat on medium inmicrowave about one minute. Stir. Repeat till reaches desired thickness.
Variations:
Cheese add half cup cheese and either quarter tsp. dry mustard or quarter tspspice sauce such as teriyaki or Worcestershire, etc.
Red add 3 tablespoon ketchup. Curry half tsp curry powder.
Cucumber add half cup grated or diced cucumber and pinch of cayenne.
Sea Food add half cup cooked cocktail shrimp or chopped other sea food.
