Ingredients
- 475 gr black beans
- 240 ml water
- 180 gr instant rice (uncooked white)
- 150 gr kernel corn (frozen whole)
- 140 gr bell pepper (chopped red)
- 130 gr cans no-salt-added
And rinsed Combine sauce ingredients in large skillet; mix well. Bring to a boil. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer about 10 minutes or until rice is cooked and vegetables are tender.
