Ingredients
- 2 scallions
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 lime
- 1/2 lemon
- 950 ml tomato juice (cold)
- 300 gr tomatoes (freshly chopped)
- 140 gr green pepper
- 30 ml wine vinegar
- 30 ml olive oil
- 5 ml honey
- 7 gr parsley (fresh)
- 2 gr both tarragon
- 1 gr cumin
- 1 ml sauce (hot)
x Salt/pepper to taste Combine all ingredients and puree if desired. Chill for 2 hours.
