Ingredients
- 1 sauerkraut
- 1 potato (grated)
- 1 caraway seed
- 1,800 gr brisket
- 240 ml vinegar mild
- 40 gr brown sugar
- 8 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
Cover brisket with water; season. Simmer for 1 hour to 1.5 hours. Add sauerk raut, vinegar and brown sugar. Cook 1 hour longer. Add potato and caraway see d. Cook 10 minutes longer. Yeild 6 to 8 servings.
