- 350 gr beef (ground)
- 90 gr cottage cheese
- 55 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 gr pepper
And cut into 13 cm squares Combine filling ingredients. In center of squares, put a heaping one third cupful of filling; moisten edges of pastry with water, fold over to form triangles; press with fork to seal.
