- 1 pie crust
- 230 gr chuck (lean ground)
- 120 ml milk
- 120 ml mayonnaise
- 90 gr swiss cheese
- 85 gr cheddar cheese
- 45 gr green onions
- 16 gr flour
Brown ground chuck in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Combine mayonnaise, milk, eggs, and flour in bowl; mix until smooth. Stir in browned beef, cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper. Spoon into pie shell. Bake at 180ÂșC for 35 to 40 minutes or until crust is brown. ----
