Ingredients
- 2 onion
- 1 mushrooms
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 beef broth
- 1 buttered noodles (hot)
- 450 gr sirloin steak
- 240 ml sour cream
- 55 gr butter
- 32 gr all purpose flour
- 18 gr tomato paste
- 6 gr salt
Coat beef strips with 1 tablespoon. flour and salt. Brown beef strips quickly in1 tablespoon. butter in a skillet. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic; cook untilonion is crisp-tender, 3 to 4 min. Remove meat and mushrooms from pan.
Add 2 tablespoon. butter to pan drippings; blend in 3 tablespoon. flour. Add tomatopaste. Stir in broth. Stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
Return meat and mushrooms to skillet. Stir in sour cream; cook slowlyuntil heated through. Do not boil. Serve over hot buttered noodles.
