Ingredients
- 1 sourdough starter
- 280 gr bread flour
- 120 ml water
- 14 gr yeast
- 14 gr sugar
- 16 ml oil
- 3 gr salt
Place ingredients in order in bread machine. Makes large loaf in Hitachi. Use quick setting, if it rises too long, it gets flats This is the best sourdough for bread machine that I have ever tried. Adapted from recipe of Helen Fleischer. From the kitcehn of Joan Mershon
