- 60 ml molasses
- 55 gr butter
- 32 gr cornmeal (yellow)
- 18 gr yeast
- 8 gr salt
- 1 gr mace (ground)
- 1 gr nutmeg
to give top a shiny dark look, place under broiler and, being carful of scorching, broil until dark. Transfer to wire rack and cool.
