Ingredients
- 8 cool whip
- 4 eggs
- 4 bananas
- 1 cake mix (yellow)
- 1 pecans
- 1 frosting
- 1 box vanilla pudding mix instant
- 240 ml milk
- 230 ml pineapple in juice (crushed canned)
- 240 ml oil
- 200 gr sugar
- 40 gr coconut flakes
- 24 gr cornstarch
- 1 package mandarin oranges in juice (drained)
Mix ingredients well and bake in floured 9 by 33 cm pan at 180ºC or 35 minutes or until brown.
Cool.
FROSTING: Mix pineapple, including juice, with cornstarch and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick and clear.
Cool and pour over cooled cake.
Slice bananas on top of pineapple layer.
Combine pudding mix with milk. Fold in Cool Whip. Add coconut and pecans. Spread over cake.
