Ingredients
- 2 eggs (whole)
- 1 box brown sugar (light)
- 1 stick butter melted
- 190 gr all purpose flour
- 140 gr pecans (chopped)
- 9 gr baking powder
- 4 gr vanilla
- 3 gr salt
Beat eggs till light and foamy, add sugar; gradually add vanilla and butter. Mix together flour baking powder salt and nuts. gradually add to moist mixture. Batter will be stiff., but stir only with mixer. Spread mix in 13x9x4 pan. Bake at 180ÂșC or 30-35min.
