Ingredients
- 5 turkey (ground)
- 240 ml water (cold)
- 22 gr salt
- 4 gr pepper (white)
- 3 gr nutmeg
- 3 gr thyme
- 2 gr sage
- 2 gr ginger
Mix spices in water first. Then add turkey. Mix batter with hands until throughly blended. Cook and freeze in smaller portions.
