- 120 ml sour milk
- 65 gr nuts (finely chopped)
- 65 gr golden seedless raisins
- 38 gr burned sugar syrup
- 5 gr baking soda
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr nutmeg
granulated sugar in a small skillet and stir over medium high heat until melted and quite dark. Remove from heat, add quarter cup water, and stir in well, but BE CAREFUL as the syrup splatters when water is added. Pat Dwigan ----
