Ingredients
- 375 gr bread flour
- 240 ml buttermilk
- 110 gr cheddar cheese (grated)
- 60 ml warm water
- 5 gr baking powder
- 4 gr sugar
- 3 gr salt
- 1 package yeast
This was wonderful! Recipe suggested extra sharp cheddar, I used a medium sharp cheddar and colby mix. Very crunchy. Note: No instructions provided. Use normal bread making procedures.
