Ingredients
- 325 gr bread flour
- 300 ml warm water (very)
- 28 gr butter
- 1 gr salt
- 1 package rapid- rise yeast
- 1/2 packages cake mix (yellow)
Some people use the Jiffy mix. I've also used this mix, and lasttime, I used the Duncan Hines yellow cake mix. I liked it just a bitmore than the Cakebread with Jiffy. I simply stored the leftover mixfor my next loaf.
Add ingredients to bread machine following manufacturers directions.
