Ingredients
- 2 leaves leaf lettuce
- 1/4 seedless grapes (red)
- 1/4 cantaloupe
- 140 gr chicken (chopped cooked)
- 65 gr pineapple tidbits (canned)
- 45 gr purchased tuna salad
- 26 gr celery (chopped)
- 16 gr cashews
In medium bowl, combine chicken, celery, grapes and pineapple. Add dressing; stir gently to coat. Place lettuce leaf on each individual serving plate. Arrange cantaloupe wedges over lettuce, creating fan shape. Spoon chicken salad over bottom of cantaloupe fan. Sprinkle with cashews. 2 Servings.
