Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 150 gr sugar
- 140 gr apples (chopped)
- 65 gr nuts (chopped)
- 65 gr flour
- 5 gr baking powder
Mix the stuff together and spread it into an 8 x 8 x 2 greased pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 180ºC . Sprinkle with confectioners sugar when done (if desired).
