Ingredients
- 9 pastry shell unbaked
- 3 eggs (beaten)
- 240 ml cream (heavy)
- 120 gr swiss cheese
- 16 gr all purpose flour
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
Liberally prick bottom and sides of pie shell with fork. Bake at 190ºC for 10 dozen minutes. Cool on rack. Cook spinach accordingto package direc tions; drain well. Cut cheese into 1 cm slices; toss with flour; set aside. Combine eggs, cream, salt, and pepper. Stir in spinach and cheese.
