• 2 scallions (minced)
• 240 ml milk
• 120 ml cream
• 120 gr swiss cheese (grated)
• 1 gr salt
• 1 gr pepper
• 4 slices bacon crisp nutmeg (sliced fried grated)

Quiche Italian

• 2 garlic (cloves chopped)
• 1 onion
• 80 gr mushrooms (raw sliced)
• 55 gr swiss cheese (grated)
• 28 gr butter
• 3 gr oregano
• 3 gr parsley (fresh chopped)
• 1 gr salt
