Ingredients
- 21 cherry pie filling
- 800 gr confectioners sugar
- 475 ml whipping cream whipped
- 425 ml pack cream cheese softened
- 1 package cake mix (white)
Prepare cake mix according to pkg directions. Pour into two greased 13x9x2 inch baking pans. Bake at 180ºC or 20 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until fluffy; fold in the whipped cream. Spread over each cake. Top with pie filling. chill 4 hours or
