Ingredients
- 1 fryer chicken up (cut)
- 1 pack long rice (grain)
- 1 onion soup mix
- 350 ml chicken broth
- 30 ml cooking oil
- 1 package peas
- 1 package mushrooms (sliced)
Brown chicken in oil. Season with salt and pepper. Mix remaining ingredients, spread in casserole. Top with chicken, sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake at 350 degrees about 1.5 hours.
