Ingredients
- 16 round cheese crackers
- 2 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1 onion fine (chopped)
- 700 gr beef extra (ground lean)
- 120 ml milk
- 60 ml chili sauce
- 18 gr green pepper (minced)
- 2 gr salt
- 1 gr black pepper
Crush crackers with rolling pin or blender until crumbled. In mixing bowl, combine crumbs with onion, green pepper, chili sauce, milk, eggs, salt and pepper. Mix in ground beef. Form into 6 or 18 cm round loaf. Place in slow cooking pot. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until done.
