Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 220 gr flour
- 180 ml milk
- 80 gr chocolate chips
- 75 gr brown sugar
- 60 gr walnuts
- 55 gr butter
- 12 gr baking powder
- 2 gr salt
Heat oven to 200ºC . Line dozen medium muffin cups with paper baking cups or grease bottoms only of muffin cups.
Beat milk, margarine and egg. Stir in remaining ingredients, all at once, just until flour is moistened (batter will be lumpy). Fill muffin cups about two third full. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
