Ingredients
- 1 package cake mix (yellow)
- 1 package eagle brand sweetened
- 1 package cream of coconut
- 1 package whipping cream
Flaked coconut Recipe by: Governor E. Benjamin Nelson, Nebraska Bake cake according to package directions in a 9x12 inch pan. When it is done, poke holes in cake with a fork. Pour the can of condensed milk and can of cream of coconut over the cake. Let cool. Spread the whipped cream over the cake, then sprinkle with coconut flakes.JM. Governor E.
